Michael Thomas is a yoga instructor, Vippassana meditator, certified estate and trust specialist, and wealth strategist. Michael has taught thousands of yoga classes, including the development of a yoga program at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He powerfully illuminates the ties between the spiritual and material life, offering insight that is often life changing. Michael combines the wisdom from his own dedicated spiritual practices in the Bhakti & Vipassana traditions with over two decades of experience as an estate and financial planner. He is skilled at asking transformational questions and guiding individuals and families toward a more balanced, purposeful, and abundant life.
